- Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop industry clients (commercial/manufacturing/state-owned enterprises, etc.) (requiring telephone development), expand business with existing clients, establish and maintain customer profiles, and complete annual sales contract tasks;
2. Regularly visit target industry clients (daily average customer visits ≥ 2/day), proficiently introduce company business, explore customer needs, and develop personalized solutions;
3. Maintain and follow up on existing industry customer relationships, and provide higher value system integration service solutions (IT/audio and video/weak current integration) to customers;
4. Responsible for business negotiations, solution development, customer contract signing, implementation of service handover management, payment collection, follow-up of acceptance reports, and tracking of customer follow-up services.
Job requirements:
1. Full time associate degree or above, computer or marketing major is preferred; (Peer experience may be relaxed)
2. More than 2 years of project-based sales experience in IT, software, or engineering industries; Have at least 3 years of experience in sales related to audio, video, or IT fields.
3. Experience in operating projects in commercial, state-owned enterprise, manufacturing, and engineering industries is preferred (experience in audio and video, information security, and data center is particularly preferred, as well as working with end-users/clients/owners);
4. Strong learning ability and initiative, excellent communication and expression skills, and outstanding sales presentation skills. Skilled in communicating with customer management and decision-makers;
5. Has strong teamwork spirit, strong ability to withstand pressure, and can independently explore the market.
